Utilize Support From Axxys When AppropriateBefore you submit a request, please ask yourself one simple question;
“Can this request be completely remotely or does it require someone to be physically present?”
To request support from Axxys, email support@axxys.com with as much detail as you can regarding your issue. This will automatically create a service request ticket for you in the Axxys queue. You can also call them at 214-297-2100, however, the phone attendant will simply take down your information and request, and then put that into a ticket for you. Response time is generally 1-5 hours. If you have a quick request, such as resetting a password, please include that in your email subject line and Axxys can expedite your request.
