Howdy, y’all! We are excited to welcome our new Donor Relations Coordinator, Mollie Rose, to the full-time State Fair of Texas team. Mollie brings over six years of experience in donor engagement, event coordination, and program management. Most recently, she served as Camp Program Manager at Moishe House, where she successfully led large-scale, donor-supported initiatives, managed a significant budget, and built strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Mollie’s background in nonprofit leadership and fundraising has given her a proven track record in organizing impactful programs, managing donor databases, and collaborating across departments to advance philanthropic efforts. She holds a Master of Education in Policy & Leadership from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of History from The University of Texas at Austin.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mollie has a deep personal connection to the State Fair of Texas. She has attended nearly every day of the Fair each year as part of a cherished tradition, making her a natural fit for this role. Her passion for the Fair’s mission and her excitement to contribute to its success are evident, and we are thrilled to have her join our team.
Mollie will report to Leigh Danley, Director of Philanthropy & Development, and will be based at the State Fair Administration Building. Please join us in welcoming Mollie to the team!
